    The spark for change arose from a renewed need: to make data – the common denominator of the Group’s offering now available in unprecedented volumes, an increasingly accessible and easily usable corporate asset for people and businesses, in line with the new payoff ‘Data made human’.  

    This evolution does not come from a sudden idea, but from a journey in which we firmly believe. In every company and sector, data is now the common thread that connects technology and strategic decisions. This is where the new chapter of our Group begins, with the goal of simplifying complex information and transforming it into intuitive and concrete solutions,” says Alessandra Girardo, General Manager Italy at Kirey. “With a renewed and even more cohesive identity, we return to the market with an offering structured around four main pillars: data & AI, cybersecurity, cloud & infrastructure, and software development.     An ongoing journey of growth  

    Founded in 2009, Kirey started in 2016 with the first acquisitions of already established companies in the IT services world, distinguishing itself from the outset as a reference point in the field of IT consulting and digital transformation and emerging as a system integrator capable of placing data at the center of every choice, process, and innovation. 

    Over the years, the company has accelerated its growth through strategic acquisitions and capital investments. The entry of the private equity firm One Equity Partners (OEP) into the Group’s capital in May 2023 enabled it to strengthen its position in the IT market and expand its growth opportunities at the European level. 

    Today, as Kirey, the brand presents itself with a new visual identity, characterized by a dynamic logo, vibrant colors, and a communication style that expresses energy, connection, and evolution.
