Under his leadership, Kirey will continue its path of growth and evolution, focusing on some of the most innovative and fast-growing areas of the digital market: Data & AI, Cloud Architectures, Cybersecurity, and Software Development.

International Experience and Strategic Vision
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Giovanni Ciarlariello brings to Kirey a highly distinguished profile, built on more than twenty years of experience in leading international companies across consulting, finance, technology, and media. After beginning his career in strategic consulting at McKinsey, he went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility at major organizations, including ING Direct, Google, Sky Italia, and Iconsulting. Throughout his career, he has led projects in digital transformation, new product development, operations, and marketing, managing multidisciplinary teams and significant budgets. His ability to operate in complex and highly competitive environments, combined with a strong results-driven and customer-focused mindset, will be a key asset in supporting Kirey’s next phase of growth.
