Under his leadership, Kirey will continue its path of growth and evolution, focusing on some of the most innovative and fast-growing areas of the digital market: Data & AI, Cloud Architectures, Cybersecurity, and Software Development. Europe will remain at the core of Kirey’s strategy, as it has always been in the company’s DNA, supported by a combination of organic growth and targeted M&A. The Group's ultimate goal is to strengthen its role as a strategic partner and trusted reference point for the digital innovation of corporate clients across Italy and Europe.   ## **International Experience and Strategic Vision** With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Giovanni Ciarlariello brings to Kirey a highly distinguished profile, built on more than twenty years of experience in leading international companies across consulting, finance, technology, and media. After beginning his career in strategic consulting at **McKinsey**, he went on to hold roles of increasing responsibility at major organizations, including **ING Direct, Google, Sky** **Italia**, and **Iconsulting**. Throughout his career, he has led projects in digital transformation, new product development, operations, and marketing, managing multidisciplinary teams and significant budgets.
