Saturday, June 1, 2019 the merger process between three of the Kirey Group companies was completed.
Kirey Group is pleased to announce that starting from 1 June 2019 System Evolution Srl and IKS Srl have been officially incorporated within the parent company Kirey Srl.
This important step of the integration process leads to a further strengthening of the Group and to winning synergies between recognized activities and skills and to consolidate on the market in years of commitment and constant professionalism towards its Customers.
