Their ultimate aim is to create a new European-wide offering in the IT services sector.   One Equity Partners' plans to form a new pan-European leader in IT services with Kirey Group are also reflected in the acquisition of Synergyc, which occurred at the same time as the entry of One Equity Partners into Kirey Group.
