Kirey Group strengthens its position as a Digital Hub and plans its growth in Italy and Europe with the support of the private equity firm
Kirey Group continues its growth with the support of One Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. Their ultimate aim is to create a new European-wide offering in the IT services sector.
One Equity Partners' plans to form a new pan-European leader in IT services with Kirey Group are also reflected in the acquisition of Synergyc, which occurred at the same time as the entry of One Equity Partners into Kirey Group. The IT provider based in Bulgaria is renowned in the region for its leadership skills in consulting, IT infrastructure, and financial services.
