Michele Crescenzi takes the lead of the Data & AI Practice

Kirey Group

Kirey Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Michele Crescenzi as Head of Data & AI.

As Head of the Data & AI Practice, the manager will focus on building a service offering that meets market needs, structuring the practice's organization to enhance scalability beyond traditional market strongholds, diversifying go-to-market strategies by collaborating with partner ecosystems and the sales structure, and evaluating opportunities for inorganic growth both in Italy and across Europe.

Responding to a rapidly evolving market

In the face of a business landscape increasingly focused on data valorization and regulation, where most companies still struggle to position themselves as AI-ready, he will further strengthen Kirey's mission to serve as a transformative partner for companies in terms of technology, governance, and organization.

Michele Crescenzi“I have been genuinely impressed by the Group’s portfolio and ambitions, and I am excited to contribute my knowledge and skills to new objectives at such a pivotal time for the company”, says Michele Crescenzi. “Together, I am confident we will establish new leadership and develop a service offering that is truly appealing, innovative, yet always aligned with market demands.”

Michele Crescenzi has an academic background in mathematical statistics and began his career at i4C Analytics. He subsequently spent a decade at Hewlett Packard, where he held various managerial roles in the Information Management & Analytics division, later assuming leadership of the Data Science Practice at Accenture in the ICEG market unit (Italy, Central Europe, and Greece) in 2014. About a year and a half ago, he took on a new challenge at Iconsulting, where he focused on consolidating and advancing the company’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions area.

“We are at a point where the hype around AI has generated a new need the need to get data assets under control within many organizations that are still not ready to profitably leverage them”, says Vittorio Lusvarghi, CEO of Kirey Group. Michele’s extensive experience and strategic vision will be essential in strengthening our position as a leader in digital transformation and supporting our ambitious growth plans.”
