Kirey Advisory will take part in the workshop “Processes, Operations and Organization: New Challenges Between Run and Change”, organized by the ABI Lab Observatories and dedicated to the evolution of operating and organizational models in the financial sector.
At the heart of the event are the challenges banks face in reconciling business continuity and innovation: from finding new balances between efficiency and organizational flexibility to the evolution of processes and operating models, also in light of the opportunities offered by Artificial Intelligence.

Alberto Casani, CEO of Kirey Advisory, will speak in the session “New Balances Between Organizational Sizing, Efficiency and Flexibility”, scheduled for 21 October at 11:45 a.m., focusing on one of the key challenges of this transformation: how to size and organize structures in a way that combines operational efficiency with the ability to respond to constantly evolving business needs.
During the two-day event, the findings of the annual report of the Observatory in question, to which Kirey Advisory has actively contributed as the exclusive methodological partner, will also be presented.
