Milano, October 2, 2017 - Kirey Group, the group of companies that brings together and integrates the skills of Kirey, IKS, Insirio and System Evolution, announces the exclusive partnership with Hexaware, IT service provider, BPO and next-generation consultant located in India and with offices in more than 20 countries around the world. Hexaware specializes in robotics for process automation, hyper-converging technologies, design thinking, rapid prototyping and custom services.
As the exclusive representative of Hexaware in Italy, Kirey Group will further enrich its offering of technology consulting and services with special focus on process automation, SAP and Cloud environments. The collaboration is currently underway with four innovation projects that involve important Group customers in Italy, operating in the Food and Beverage and Banking and Insurance sectors.
Kirey Group, a key leader in the banking and insurance sector, is currently working to strengthen its own testing and automation tools, with robotic processes that automate and process services and operations that the operator traditionally performed manually (eg in help desk or chat box services) so that processes are now simplified and streamlined, resulting in a significant reduction in the associated costs.
The resources made available by Hexaware will also enable the Group to strengthen its expertise in SAP implementation, leveraging the many SAP delivery locations that the Indian provider has in the world and the highly qualified staff put at the disposal of the Group.
Additionally, Kirey Group’s offerings are greatly enhanced by the integration of strong infrastructure expertise and specific solutions that can facilitate safe migration processes from on-premise to Cloud.
