His arrival strengthens the Group’s strategic path, bringing to the Board a combination of consulting expertise and operational capabilities ready to support the execution of business priorities.
A career path combining consulting and digital transformationAlessio Botta has built his career between leading consulting firms and senior roles in the technology industry. At McKinsey & Company, he worked for sixteen years, becoming a Partner in 2015 and Senior Partner in 2021, with global responsibilities in payments, digital innovation, and the adoption of artificial intelligence.
Since 2024, he has served as Group Transformation & Value Creation Director at TeamSystem, where he leads group governance programs, strategic initiatives (with a particular focus on AI-enabled projects), and post-merger integration activities, coordinating commercial, customer operations, and R&D functions.
Key Focus Areas and Trends
Botta’s contribution will center on three fundamental pillars. The first is artificial intelligence, both for client solutions and as a driver of internal efficiency; the second is the financial sector, where his understanding of the needs of major players and market trends can translate into strategic insights and commercial opportunities; the third is post-acquisition integration, ensuring continuity and security throughout growth processes.
In parallel, he will focus on industrializing vertical offerings and modernizing processes and platforms.
