Kirey is pleased to announce the appointment of Eleonora Nardini as the HR Director, entrusting her with the responsibility of further developing the talent and potential within the company.
With more than 15 years of experience in the human resources sector, she will lead the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing wellbeing, training, and inclusion, contributing to the Group’s growth and helping strengthen an increasingly innovative and participatory company culture.
A professional journey through large companies and scale-ups
Eleonora Nardini has developed significant expertise in tech-driven and innovative organizations, with experience in scale-ups like MailUp – now part of TeamSystem Group – as well as with major corporations such as Cisco and Sisal Group. She has successfully led organizational transformation projects and has fostered dynamic, inclusive work environments. Her ability to nurture talent and align HR strategies with business objectives makes her the ideal candidate to support Kirey’s ongoing growth.
