Bridge, a Kirey Group company, receives the award from Oracle as an innovative partner specializing in the cloud industry
Bridge Consulting, a leader in the supply of specialized IT services, which in the month of December entered Kirey Group, was awarded by Oracle as Partner of the Year by virtue of its design skills in the cloud field , particularly in the retail market.
With a solid position in the GDO, Fashion and Manufacturing sectors, Bridge is one of the main Oracle partners at national level. Already in the past, the solutions developed by Bridge on the Oracle platform have received considerable recognition, underlining the role of the company as an experimenter and innovator on the platform.
This year Oracle has chosen to reward Bridge for completing a POC of datawarehouse linked to the Oracle Autonomous Database in an innovative and extremely rapid way.
In particular, Bridge Consulting has implemented a project in which it has selected a part of a customer’s database and, in agreement with Oracle, migrated data to its Cloud – thus rapidly testing the potential, scalability and scope of the solution, without encountering any criticality during the implementation, rapidly extending the project from a first instance to all data marts.
Bridge Consulting then installed the same reporting tool on Cloud Oracle and performed several back-end and front-end tests with mirror testing to launch the same reports executed in the cloud, experimenting various configurations with different possible response times. The project, which was completed in just a few weeks, has led to a considerable economic downsizing from the database management point of view, which leads the Oracle solution to be extremely cost-effective for the customer.
