Kirey Group expands its presence in the Iberian market through the acquisition of Grupo Solutio

    The acquisition expands Kirey Group's offerings in close synergy with MPM, a leading Spanish software vendor for the Insurance market.

    Kirey Group announces the acquisition of Grupo Solutio, a Spanish system integrator with headquarters in Madrid and over 25 years of experience in the IT sector.

    The acquisition aims to strengthen our position in the Spanish market, where we have been active since 2018 following the acquisition of MPM, a software house specializing in the insurance market. Through Grupo Solutio, we will be able to expand our service offering in Iberia as well as our vertical market coverage thereby leveraging common technological capabilities in order to serve our customers from an end-to-end perspective.

    Grupo Solutio, founded in 1998 and with offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Cordoba, has extensive experience and capabilities in the field of IT service complementing our offering perfectly. Solutio supports its clients, operating in various industry sectors such as Financial Services, Transportation, Culture & Sport, and Education. The company drives digital transformation journeys for its customers in an agile way thereby focusing on key strategic areas such as IT Consulting; DevOps; Software & Mobile Development, with a special focus on E-commerce and UX; IT Infrastructure & Cloud, with strong capabilities in the main cloud provider as well as Data & Analytics, with effective technological solutions in the management and governance of large volumes of data. Grupo Solutio's numerous technology partnerships include among others strong expertise in the Microsoft environment, from Azure to tools such as 365 and PowerBI.
