Kirey Group's method and DG Suite included in this report among other 40 Representative Vendors.
Kirey Group, an innovative company that accompanies clients on their path to digitalization, announced that it has been included in the 2021 Gartner® Market Guide for Data and Analytics Governance Platforms as a Representative Vendor.
Data governance today plays a key role because the proliferation and complexity of diverse data, both internal and external, makes it increasingly urgent to adopt a discipline that certifies its value and promotes risk management.
Over the past two years, companies' cost revisions and decisions to use budgets dedicated to data quality and management in different ways have made governance needs even more compelling, and although the market for these platforms is still embryonic.Per Gartner®, "modern data and analytics initiatives need a balanced set of governance capabilities, but stand-alone products often do not provide what is needed. Data and analytics leaders must therefore explore the emerging market of converging capabilities and exploit them to support their governance needs".[1]
In particular, the IQF© framework and the DG suite of Kirey Group, a highly flexible approach that, on the one hand, thanks to its centralized model, fully supports data governance and data quality processes and, on the other hand, guarantees the seamless integration of its modules with other existing services, products or product suites, ensuring complete coverage of data governance and data quality processes.
explains Teresa Roma, Business Line Manager of Kirey Group.
We are very pleased to be included in this Gartner "Market Guide for Data and Analytics Governance Platforms". We believe that this result rewards the intensive work that led to the birth of the framework and the DG suite. The starting point was Kirey Group's proprietary methodology that has allowed a structured and orderly approach to data quality, enriching it over the years with new features, taking advantage of technological innovations, listening to customer requests and understanding the scope of regulations.
What characterizes our suite more than anything else is that it is not a simple tool, but a solution that integrates a unique methodological approach. We consider that this choice, already in 2019, has allowed us to embrace Gartner vision of data quality and governance, marked by the need for companies to adopt a model that can guide them in their investments in data management and analytics to meet key organizational needs such as revenue growth, cost optimization and a better customer experience.
With a view to promoting continuous innovation of its solutions, Kirey Group today is engaged in research to enrich its method and suite on the quality and governance side of the data production process, and has already launched three pilot projects in Italy looking to the future of "Connected Governance".
We believe that the path that has seen us reach this Gartner Market Guide for Data and Analytics Governance Platforms has been very challenging, starting from the presentation of our approach to data quality to analysts over three years ago, to the choice of designing a solution that had internally wired all the fundamental rules of quality and governance
concludes Teresa Roma.
A choice that has been able to reward us over the years and has allowed us to anticipate the evolution of the market, so we want to continue on this path of innovation starting from the understanding of the needs of our customers to offer them a method together with a strong concreteness, creating value for their business.
