Elisa Bindo, DWH Project Manager, and Sabrina Baudino, Senior Dwh Designer, will present an overview of how AI accelerates business processes, focusing on the banking industry. In addition, they will explore the importance of appropriate architectural design for data management, quality and governance within companies looking to use AI in their business processes.
Key point of their talk will be the presentation of the concrete case of Crédit Agricole Italy.
The presentation will bring attention to the use of AI in business processes as a new challenge for Data Governance and, in particular, to these points:
- Govern the entire life cycle of an AI model;
- Adopt a new collaborative approach among all stakeholders.
- Ask the right questions to advance toward AI Governance.
Our talk will be in the context of a day that will feature some of Europe's leading data experts on stage, and it will be valuable to engage with an international audience from across the EMEA basin.
